Roy has a career of over 25 years at Sony Corporation in a number o senior HR roles in UK, Japan, Germany, Singapore, and Sweden including at Board level. Since leaving Sony, Roy has consulted at senior levels in a range of organizations in the areas of leadership development, coaching, team development, strategy alignment, and resilience.
Roy has worked with a number of organizations with senior leaders who are facing significant change in their organizations. Roy has a specific interest in supporting leaders’ health and wellbeing using his background in a corporate environment and current Sports Psychology training.
