In last 10 years my focus has been Organizational and Leadership Development, for which I have developed several modules for Florida International University and University of Miami that combined experience/simulation with specific theory ares such as Emotional Intelligence, Decision-making, High-performance Teams and many others. Currently interested in integrating the ideas related to Leadership and Sustainability in my work. Am also intrigued by the work of Robert Kegan re: Immunity to Change and examples of its’ application as well as examples of Multiple Stakeholder Relationships in business.”
